TCPA Disclosure & Consent to Contact

This TCPA Disclosure ("Disclosure") explains how Copalion, LLC and its affiliates ("Copalion," "Company," "we," "our" or "us"), together with the law firms and legal professionals we partner with ("Partner Firms"), may contact you after you submit your phone number, email address, or other contact information through a form, application, or chat feature on our website (the "Sites"). This Disclosure supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
This Disclosure is provided in connection with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, and its implementing regulations (the "TCPA"), as well as applicable state telemarketing and call-recording laws.
Express Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting a form on our Sites, including but not limited to our partner application form, you expressly consent to be contacted by Copalion and/or Partner Firms at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide, even if that number is listed on a federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call registry.
You agree that we and our Partner Firms may contact you regarding your inquiry, application, or potential legal matter, as well as related products, services, and marketing offers.
Methods of Contact
You consent to be contacted by any of the following methods, including for marketing purposes:
- Live or automated telephone calls, including calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer")
- Artificial or prerecorded voice messages and voicemail drops
- SMS and MMS text messages, including automated text messages
Calls and text messages may be placed by Copalion, by Partner Firms, or by vendors acting on their behalf.
Consent Is Not Required to Use Our Services
Your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages as described in this Disclosure is not a condition of using our Sites, applying for a partnership, or obtaining any service. You may instead contact us directly using the information at the bottom of this page.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS or MMS messages you receive. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and any ongoing relationship with Copalion or a Partner Firm. How to Opt Out / Revoke Consent
You may revoke your consent to receive calls or text messages at any time, by any reasonable means, including:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message we send to unsubscribe from text messages
- Replying HELP to any SMS message for assistance
- Telling a representative during a phone call that you wish to stop receiving calls
- Emailing us at info@copalion.com with your phone number and a request to opt out
Revoking consent will not affect calls or messages already sent, and may take a reasonable period of time to take effect across our systems and those of our Partner Firms.
Call Monitoring & Recording
Calls between you and Copalion or a Partner Firm may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes, as described in Section 6A of our Terms of Use. For Copalion's full SMS consent and electronic communications terms, see Section 6. By proceeding with a call, you consent to such recording or monitoring to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of any communication sent in connection with this Disclosure.
Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this Disclosure from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued submission of information through our Sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclosure.
